HR executives often hear about the need for a “Recruiter Brand,” versus an “Employment Brand” or a “Talent Brand,” but do you really understand the difference? Have you ever seen one in practice? Regardless of your location, industry and sourcing focus, Paul DeBettingnies, one of the most recognized and connected recruiters in the Twin Cities, is going to show you how he has created one of the most recognizable recruiter and sourcer brands in the industry. And even more, he will show you how you can bring it home and make it your own.

Also presenting that day will be Andrea Cooper, COO and Co-Founder of Flourish Consulting in Madison, who will discuss building the business case for investing in your employer brand and the impact of social media on both the employer brand and the candidate experience. Andrea was previously an HR leader at SHOPBOP in Madison and prior to that, Senior Director Global Diversity & Inclusion at Walmart.
