Procurement Peer Group Meeting

Indirect Procurement Best Practices
January 18, 2018 09:00 AM - 03:00 PM
Learn how member companies are structuring and improving their indirect procurement organizations.

As companies are turning to the supply chain to gain efficiencies and contain costs, indirect procurement is becoming more visible. At this meeting we will focus on how member companies are gaining visibility within their organizations and consolidating their spend. We will lead a discussion on what spend categories are being managed currently, what are planned and those that are proving difficult to bring under management.

The Vice President of Global Procurement at QBE North America, Brett Walker, will be speaking about stakeholder management and how to get buy-in across the organization. Also slated to speak is Kohler's corporate procurement team and the topic will be updated once finalized.
