Details»
Description:

Being closer to the customer is an important strategic decision that many companies are wrestling with in the age of 2 day free shipping in both a B2C and B2B realm. However, it is not that simple. Proximity to suppliers, competitive labor bases, transportation routes among other challenges, are part of the equation.

Sub-Zero will be take us through how they went from 30 points of distribution down to their current footprint (less than 10). Schneider Logistics will be speaking to the data behind such decisions and what companies should consider when analyzing their network. Other member companies are tentatively schedule to present and will be updated once confirmed.
