Human Resources Executives Special Interest Group

Developing a Winning HR Strategy
April 19, 2018 09:00 AM - 03:00 PM
Discover the important factors to consider in developing a winning HR strategy that will be enthusiastically embraced by managers throughout the organization.

The conversation about HR having “a seat at the table” is over. HR is now at the table helping our organizations meet the top and bottom line of the business. Successful partnership means being more strategic and looking forward to the needs of the organization and how Human Resources will not only support but in some cases take leadership of business initiatives.

John Zorbini, an executive consultant/coach and Assistant Professor in the School of Business at Mount Mary University in Milwaukee, will join us in the morning to discuss how the HR Business Partner can effectively build an overall strategy that supports short and long-term business goals by identifying connections and parallels between different facets of the business.

Member companies will also share their own ideas, perspectives and experiences in developing strategies that will be embraced across the corporation.

Participation in this SIG is limited to director, VP and SVP level employees who may, in turn, bring an HR subject matter expert along with them to the meeting. For more information or to find out how to participate in this group, please contact the facilitator, Beth de Garcia.
