Description:

A hot HR topic these days is Total Rewards. The July 20 HR SIG meeting will focus on the Benefits side of Total Rewards. Today's organizations want to identify the appropriate combination of rewards (money, benefits, leave, etc.) that will help engage and retain employees while balancing this against the cost involved. How do you give people more of what they want and not give them what they don't want? And what if different employee segments want different things?

Join us on July 20, 2017, as we explore the art of optimizing total rewards with a benefits focus:

  • Hear from a legal expert on the health benefits environment and the future outlook of the Health Care Reform Act.
  • Learn from a Total Rewards expert how to strategically plan your benefits programs.
  • See how other companies approach Total Rewards Optimization.
  • Discuss the ROI of Total Rewards with your peers.
  • Determine the right blend of cash and benefits.
  • Evaluate new programs and ways to communicate benefits.

The HR Executives SIG is limited to HR directors and VP's at UWEBC member companies. Lower level managers and/or knowledge experts may attend if accompanied by a director or VP from their company. Questions about this may be directed to Beth de Garcia, UWEBC Director of Member Relations, at beth.degarcia@wisc.edu.
