Description:

Most organizations struggle to give the correct IT metrics to the correct audiences within the organization to show the value delivered through all IT efforts. Every IT organization strives to deliver high quality, reliable, efficient services to the organization while improving the customer experience, driving innovation and helping the company grow. Reports generated through IT should clearly indicate how IT is consistently delivering to the key performance indicators and SLAs established for the organization, and should offer a narrative of how IT is delivering value across the entire value chain.

The July IT Peer Group will examine the vital role IT metrics and reporting plays to demonstrate the impact and value IT delivers to the enterprise. The presentations at this event will cover such topics as:

• How the discussion of IT metrics should adapt in a DevOps and automation world
• Meaningful metrics in SaaS environments and how they can drive better utilization
• Customer facing metrics and how to demonstrate value to end-users
• Security metrics and effective ways to share them across the enterprise
• Relevant metrics for CIOs and Executive teams to drive decisions

In addition to these compelling presentations, the attendees at this event will have ample opportunities to network and collaboratively learn from their peers in small discussion forums.

Please join your peers from other World Class organizations right here in Wisconsin to share, explore and learn about IT metrics that can help the business and other key constituents understand and appreciate the work undertaken by IT divisions. This would be an exceptional networking and learning opportunity for Senior IT practitioners, IT Managers, Directors and Executives who are responsible for the collection and dissemination of IT specific metrics and reports.

Webcast Available: If you can't make it to the event in-person (or if in-person registration has reached capacity), you can still register to attend from your computer.
