Information Technology Peer Group Meeting

Metrics for IT Operations and Delivery
July 23, 2019 09:00 AM - 03:00 PM
How do you use operations and delivery metrics to build a narrative of the value derived through IT?

Most organizations struggle to give the correct IT metrics to the correct audiences within the organization to show the value delivered through all IT efforts. Every IT organization strives to deliver high quality, reliable, efficient services to the organization while improving the customer experience, innovating and helping the company grow. Reports generated through IT should clearly indicate how IT is consistently delivering to the key performance indicators and SLAs established for the organization.

The next IT Peer Group will examine what metrics are relevant to which audiences and how they should be used to demonstrate the impact and value IT delivers. Clearly defining the audiences and matching them to the appropriate reports will help that key decision makers are made aware of bottlenecks as well as opportunities to drive change. While IT often has to deal with competing priorities, a streamlined and effective reporting strategy could help the business make better informed decisions about IT resource allocation and work prioritization.

Please join your peers from other World Class organizations right here in Wisconsin to share, explore and learn about IT metrics that can help the business and other key constituents understand and appreciate the work undertaken by IT divisions. This would be an exceptional networking and learning opportunity for Senior IT practitioners, IT Managers, Directors and Executives who are responsible for the collection and dissemination of IT specific metrics and reports.
