Enhancing B2B Customer Experience By Integrating Metrics in Journey Maps and Aligning Customer-Facing Departments

Learn about using key marketing metrics at each step of the customer journey and achieving alignment amongst customer-facing departments to deliver a superior customer experience. Compare approaches with peers at other UWEBC member companies and take away practical insights for enhancing B2B marketing efforts and results. 

Customer experience is impacted at every touch point along the customer journey map. Marketing related and other metrics gathered at each step of the customer journey can highlight where the journey is broken, and how marketing and other parts of your company must improve. In this meeting, we will identify the key marketing metrics that are commonly used, and explore how they can be integrated with journey maps to improve customer experience. We will also discuss how to achieve alignment amongst customer-facing departments to ensure the desired customer experience throughout the journey.
