Indirect Procurement Special Interest Group Meeting

Data, KPIs and Vendor Scorecards
July 10, 2019 09:00 AM - 03:00 PM
Explore how other members are pulling data to both measure success internally and externally with suppliers.

Indirect procurement processes can vary widely from your raw materials and finished goods procurement practices. Suppliers across multiple categories, different ways to measure success as well as supplier categories outside of your core expertise present a unique challenge to indirect.

We will kick-off the day discussing what types of data members are using and the various ways to pull and aggregate that data for measurement. Once we have data in place, we will discuss how data is being used to create KPI’s and how your KPI’s are used across categories and internally. Hilary Schreiber, Sr. Manager of Vendor Management at Foot Locker will present on how they achieved success with suppliers utilizing scorecards and show us some framework on how they engage with suppliers.

We will follow up on the Foot Locker presentation with a discussion on the use of data in vendor scorecards and have each member present an example of a scorecard they use. So be prepared to bring some examples.
