Warehouse Performance Metrics and Distribution Analytics

Learn how member companies are using metrics to improve efficiency in their warehouse operations and distribution networks. 

Activities in the warehouse are some of the most labor intensive in the supply chain. Measuring those activities is critical to ensuring that product moves efficiently to better serve your customers. In the morning session we will learn what metrics UWEBC member companies are using and how they are applying them to improve warehouse operations. Member company Plexus will present on how they are implementing user performance metrics in the warehouse and how work patterns are positively affecting efficiency. Kuecker Logistics will take a look at how automation inside the warehouse walls can improve productivity and provide a case study on how to assess the numbers and ROI.

In the afternoon we will build upon the warehouse metrics and discuss how companies are measuring the overall vitality of their distribution network from both an inbound and outbound point of view.
