Building Stronger Supplier Relationships

Learn how member companies are strengthening their supply chain through supplier relationships. 
One key to a strong supply chain is that products are available for production and/or your customers when you say they are going to be. And more than likely, those products are coming from an external supplier either as a component for assembly or as a finished product. At this meeting, we will take a look at how members are managing relationships with their supply base.

While we will focus on procurement, this meeting will be relevant for anyone in supply chain that relies on and negotiates with any product or service provider.

Mike Sekula, VP of Supply Chain for Inpro, will discuss how they engage with their vendors through their annual supplier summit. Brian Rouse, Kohler's Director, Global Corporate Procurement, will be presenting on how they manage for long term success for Kohler and their partners.
