Agile IT Special Interest Group Meeting

Managing a Portfolio of Agile and Non-Agile Projects and Integrated (Continuous) Testing and Release Management
August 22, 2018 09:00 AM - 03:00 PM
How do you manage a mix of Agile and non-Agile projects?

The next iteration of the UWEBC Agile Special Interest Group (SIG) will look at challenges and opportunities with managing environments that have both Agile and non-Agile projects. Especially in complex technology environments, where multiple teams are operating under different cadence and delivery systems, it is important to create a more harmonic implementation and management method. Most product/project portfolios will include both Agile and non-Agile efforts, and managing them require a more systemic approach that can reduce conflicts and misalignments. This meeting will also examine release management issues around testing and implementation.
