Today's supply chains are increasingly complex and even those that are vertically integrated are susceptible to forces that can disrupt product and service delivery. In this meeting, we will look at how member companies are addressing risk from multiple angles. Whether it is suppliers of raw material, finished goods, services, those that are global in nature or you are the one delivering, a plan needs to be in place when the inevitable service disruption happens. Disruptions come in many forms - on-time performance, quality issues, currency fluctuations, geo-political, weather, strikes and policy changes - learn how member companies have reacted to these in the past and how they plan to mitigate them in the future.

Ryan Veleke, Supply Chain Systems Director for Plexus, will discuss their new risk mitigation process. Plexus proactively manages potential risks but also has reactive plans and processes in place when the unforeseen happens. Ryan will lead an interactive discussion on what Plexus has put in place and how other member companies benchmark against that.

Once the agenda is complete, you choose the discussions you want to join. This will be a highly interactive session so come prepared to share your questions, challenges and insights!
