S&OP Special Interest Group Meeting

Who Owns the S&OP Process?
July 11, 2018 09:00 AM - 03:00 PM
Learn how other member companies structure their S&OP process from ownership and oversight perspectives.

Curious how other member companies structure their S&OP process? As we have found out in the first two S&OP meetings, while there are some commonalities, most are at different points in this journey. At this meeting, we will discuss how each company structures the ownership of the S&OP process, who is accountable and how oversight is shared among the vested parties.

Once we have this data defined, you will be able to benchmark your process against some academic perspectives during the presentation with Prof. Siemsen. Finally, we will allow time for an open forum to see how your current state aligns, and if there is any room to make changes in your process. Please be prepared to engage in this conversation as everyone will have time to be a part of this interactive meeting.

Participate in Customizing the Agenda: You’ll have the opportunity to play an active part in shaping the agenda for this session – and to maximize its relevance for you – by suggesting and selecting topics for break-out discussions. Once the agenda is complete, you choose the discussions you want to join. This will be a highly interactive session so come prepared to share your questions, challenges and insights!
