The 19th annual Business Best Practices & Emerging Technologies Conference is Wisconsin's largest gathering of business and technology professionals.

The annual conference kicks off a content-packed day with the Opening Keynote, featuring a thought leader in emerging technologies and innovative strategies. Previous speakers have included Adam Steltzner, Lead Engineer of NASA’s Curiosity Mars Rover, and J. Walker Smith, Executive Chairman of Kantar Futures, as well as executives from Macy’s, Panasonic, Cisco and Target.

The event features four parallel tracks — Customer Service, Information Technology, Marketing and Supply Chain Management — with tailored content from industry leaders. Conference tracks have featured executives from Foot Locker, Rockwell Automation, UPS and US Bank, just to name a few.
