There’s a lot at stake; Facebook - $5 billion in fines, British Airways - $230 million in fines, Marriott - $123 million in fines. Join us to improve your knowledge, gain valuable tools and learn what others are doing to be prepared.

This Privacy Workshop will be led by consultants from TrustArc, a leading privacy compliance software and consulting firm, along with privacy specialists from the law firm of Godfrey and Kahn. The workshop will consist of three core parts:

  • Educating on the current state of legislation (GDPR, CCPA and more)
  • Exploring an audit / assessment approach
  • Planning for readiness

Deliverables will include:

  • Handbook of current regulations
  • Marketing Do’s and Don’ts list
  • Digital inventory spreadsheet
  • PIA spreadsheet and evaluation guide
  • Breach decision tree
  • Privacy notice decision tree

This is an ideal event for marketing staff that own, actively participating in, or are greatly impacted by privacy compliance efforts. Seating will be limited to the first 40 registrants.
