The E-Retailer Special Interest Group comprises companies whose dominant share of product sales and company revenue comes from online direct marketing.

Companies participating in the E-Retailer SIG share a similar business model. This enables in-depth discussion of business processes and practices, business performance, online tactics, and technology challenges. Participation is by invitation only and limited to B2C or B2B companies whose dominant share of product sales and company revenue comes from online direct marketing.
