Indirect Procurement Special Interest Group

Take away valuable insights and actionable ideas for improving the management of your company's indirect spend.

The Indirect Spend Procurement Special Interest Group focused on common challenges and opportunities for improving processes and reducing costs in the area of indirect spend. The objectives of the group were:

  • To provide a forum for participating UWEBC member companies to discuss topics of interest related to defining and implementing strategies for managing their spend on indirect goods and services;
  • To glean leading practices, strategies, and processes through interactive discussion and comparison of approaches with peers at other companies;
  • To enable participating companies to leverage leading practices to optimize their indirect spend
